Andrew began his life as an Assembly of God missionary in 1994 with an internship in Albania. He married his wife Stacey in the same year and graduated from Valley Forge Bible College with a degree in World Mission. Later, he completed a second degree in Modern Foreign Language from Mary Washington University in Fredericksburg, VA.

Andrew & Stacey served as missionaries in the Republic of Macedonia from 1998 - 2004. Together with their two children, they helped refugees from the Kosovo War and introduced the Royal Ranger ministry. They also assisted in spreading the Ranger ministry to Bulgaria.

Andrew joined the RRI staff in November 2004 and currently serves as the RRI Communications Coordinator. He was ordained in 2005 in the Potomac District. He serves on the RRI Council and has been part of the teams to coordinated the SAL Conference, to serve the international delegates at Camporama 2006, develop the new RRI Global Curriculum, and train new Royal Ranger leaders in the nation of Bulgaria. He also recently coordinated the 2007 Africa Summit and is currently working as a laison for the Royal Rangers of Africa.
